In order to provide beautiful seams and outstanding feed performance, JUKI adopted the box feed system. The conventional feed mechanism is an oval motion. On the other hand, the box feed moves in a box motion.

No Stitching Clogs
The box feed system eliminates shrinkage and shifting even when sewing on light weight materials. As the feed dog is in contact with the material longer, themachine feeds the project better

Powerful Feeding

Automatic Thread Trimmer

Quick Bobbin Preparation

Juki W654 2/3/4 Thread Mirai Overlock Serger Machine has an automatic rolled hem, external differential and stitch length adjustments. The dedicated knife driving system ensures that the Juki Serger will cut and sew heavy material easily. The Juki W654 Serger produces 8 different stitch formations, including 3 and 4 thread overlock, 3 thread flatlock & 2 or 3 thread rolled hem stitch.

Threading the W654 is a breeze with color-coded and clearly marked thread paths.

Easy Tension Adjustment:
1-rotation thread tension dials with normal tensions highlighted for simple, consistent tension adjustment. Specially designed guides keep thread in place and ensure proper sewing tension at any speed.

Super Easy Looper Threading
The lower looper threader disengages for fast, easy looper threading, in seconds. Just slide the thread into the slot and snap the looper into place.

Multi-Function Presser Foot
