What is your return & refund policy?

We offer a 60 day FULL SATISFACTION & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 60 calendar days of the receipt of the order. The order must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. We will not accept returns without a RMA. All returned merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Return and expedited shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the return is the consequence of our error or a defective item then we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to exchange the item. Items purchased new and returned in a used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that the return for the following products is not permitted due to manufacturer’s policy, unless still sealed and/or unopened: Embroidery Software, Hardware, Embroidery Designs and Instant Downloads.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped free within the continental United States. Our goal is to ship all items within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped USPS or UPS and generally arrive within 1-4 business days.

If we encounter a delay in shipping your order (if the item is out of stock or has been discontinued), your item will be backordered and shipped as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. Backorders older than 30 days will be cancelled.

If you want to choose time certain delivery methods, please note that this is only possible for in stock items. We do not guarantee any time certain delivery.

Free shipping and handling applies to continental US addresses only and free shipping is not available for AK, HI, PR and other international shipments. Please click here for more international shipping details.
