How to Initiate a Return

For orders placed on WorldWeidner.com, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account using the email address used at checkout.
2. You will receive a one-time verification code via email to access your account.
3. Locate your order and submit a return request.
4. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with further instructions.

The item must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the RMA being issued. Prepaid shipping labels will only be provided for exchanges of defective products.

Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your refund is issued. Returns sent without an RMA may result in processing delays.

Orders Placed Through Third-Party Marketplaces

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart) are subject to the return policies of those platforms. Returns for these orders must be initiated directly through the marketplace where the purchase was made.

Return Conditions & Important Information

• All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original, unmarked packaging, including all accessories, manuals, documentation, bonus items and registration materials that were originally included.
• Original shipping, return shipping, and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for an exchange.
• Items purchased as new but returned in used and/or damaged condition shall be subject to a restocking fee.
