Returns / Refunds


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for a full* refund within 60 calendar days of the receipt of the order. 

How to Initiate a Return

In order to initiate a return for an order placed on, you will need to be logged into your account. Your account is the e-mail address you checked out with. You will be sent a one-time code through e-mail to sign in. You can then request a return from your order page. Once the return request has been submitted and reviewed, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The order must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

Once the order has been returned to our warehouse, it will be processed before a refund is issued. Processing may take 2-3 business days depending on the order. Returns shipped back to us without an RMA may experience a delay in being processed. 

Orders placed on a third-party marketplace (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Wal-Mart, etc.) are subject to that marketplace's return policy. Third-party marketplace returns must be initiated through the marketplace the order was placed on.

* All returned merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Return and expedited shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the return is the consequence of our error or a defective item then we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to exchange the item. Items purchased new and returned in a used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that the return for the following products is not permitted due to manufacturer’s policy, unless still sealed and/or unopened: Embroidery Software, Hardware, Embroidery Designs and Instant Downloads.
