Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a more experienced sewist, the SINGER® FASHION MATE™ 5560 sewing machine helps make sewing even easier than ever, thanks to the new Sew Easy presser foot which helps you sew perfect seams every time. This machine has 203 stitch applications, viewed on the LCD screen, which are easily selected with the simple touch of a button.  Buttonholes are sewn in one easy step, and with six different buttonhole styles to choose from, you’re sure to have just the right one for any project. 

The built-in needle threader helps you thread the needle’s eye effortlessly, saving you time.  The heavy duty metal frame helps ensure long lasting durability.  The removable storage compartment easily slides off the machine, giving access to the free arm for sewing cuffs, sleeves and other smaller projects.

Stitch Applications (203)
This feature refers to the specific sewing techniques that can be performed with a selected stitch. Essentially, stitch applications are the various tasks you can accomplish with your machine, expanding your creative possibilities.

Built-In Stitches (100)
The machine offers a diverse selection of stitches suitable for basic sewing, decorative sewing, and beyond, providing you with the flexibility to handle any project.

One-Step Buttonhole (6)
Create perfectly sized buttonholes in a single step. Simply place the button in the buttonhole foot, and the machine will sew a buttonhole that fits your button, ensuring consistent results every time.

Built-In Needle Threader
This feature simplifies the threading process, threading the eye of the needle effortlessly. It eliminates eye strain and saves you valuable time.

Front Loading Bobbin
The front-loading bobbin design allows for easy access and convenient threading.

Darning Plate
By placing the darning plate over the machine's feed teeth, you prevent the feed teeth from contacting the fabric. This is particularly useful for free-motion sewing techniques such as stipple quilting, monograms, and even sewing on buttons.

Touch Button Stitch Selection
Select your stitch with a simple touch of a button. The machine preselects the optimal stitch length and width, allowing you to start sewing faster. However, you can adjust these stitch settings as desired to customize your projects.

Adjustable Stitch Length
This function allows you to customize the appearance of a stitch by modifying the distance between stitches. It's useful for various stitch techniques like applique, basting, and more.

Adjustable Stitch Width (6.5mm)
You can adjust the size of the stitch from left to right, enabling you to make the stitch narrower or wider as desired.

Reverse
This feature allows you to sew stitches in reverse, typically used to secure a seam at the beginning and end to prevent unraveling.

Heavy Duty Metal Frame

LED Lighting
