Slash Rotary Cutter is the perfect tool for creating curves and for very narrow slash quilting when creating faux chenille garments. Cutting between stitching lines becomes a breeze without any threat of cutting through the base fabric. Permanent arm extends under the blade through the "fabric tunnel."Make clean cuts between curved seams and narrow seams.
