The Hera is used for marking sharp lines directly onto fabric. This easy to handle tool can also be used with carbon paper. The Hera Marker is very useful as no powder is used, and it moves smoothly without damaging the fabric. Pressed firmly on smooth fabric, it makes a fine imprint. The slight crease is a sewing guideline that can be pressed away afterward.

This package contains one 5 inch tall plastic tool.

should it be $6? nah...but you NEVEr have to replace it!

I really struggle with vision right now so this doens't work so well for me...I end up needing an insane amount of focused light to be able to see it

but when in good lighting situations, this works ingeniously well!

i will say i was surprised when i first received it that it was a "marker" that is something that is not a pen-cap marker lol. My mistake! it's just. a super simple piece of plastic that fits well in the hand and is ubiquitous in the quilting world!
