Jackie MacDonald of Sweetfire Road is a designer based on the rocky coast of Maine, with deep roots in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. She lives with her husband, Neil, and their young son, Sam, in a home filled with creativity and warmth. Jackie’s artwork is infused with sentimentality, often drawing inspiration from cherished memories, countryside living, gardening, and vintage flea market finds. Her fabric collections are thoughtfully designed in soft, romantic palettes that evoke a sense of nostalgia and everyday magic. A passionate new quilter, Jackie has fallen in love with the craft and brings that joy into every design she creates. She is honored to be part of the Moda family and finds deep fulfillment in seeing her artwork come to life through the hands of talented quilters around the world.
