Judy Gauthier is the owner of Bungalow Quilting and Yarn in Ripon, Wisconsin, where her passion for color, fabric, and design comes to life. A lifelong Wisconsinite and a critical care nurse by trade, Judy has been sewing and designing since the age of 9, beginning her creative journey as a 4-H member. Her deep belief in the healing power of fiber and color fuels her work and inspires her vibrant, spontaneous quilting style. Judy is the author of five books published by C&T Publishing, including Quilts for Scrap Lovers, Rainbow Quilts for Scrap Lovers, Sew Cuddly, Tantalizing Table Toppers, and Sensational Scrap Quilts. Her scrappy, colorful designs have gained national attention, leading to appearances on Sewing with Nancy (PBS), local Wisconsin TV programs, and teaching engagements across the country. She is also a faculty member at the prestigious International Quilt Festival in Houston and has had her own fabric line with Ink & Arrow Fabrics. Inspired by her customers and the natural beauty of her home state, Judy brings creativity, warmth, and expertise to every project she touches.
