The Professional add-ons to your HD9! This kit is specially designed to provide the accessories needed for Garment sewing. You will feel ready to start sewing your favorite project right away. Because the HD9 uses a specifically designed foot and needle plate, you cannot use the feet from other Janome machines (including the 1600 series). These kits are to help you have a fully stocked selection for your favorite sewing type at a discounted price.

Kit Includes

• Velvet Foot -The velvet foot only slightly touches the needle plate when the foot is lowered to obtain perfect sewing without bruising the specialty fabrics.
• Concealed Zipper Foot - Good quality ready to wear garments will often have an invisible zip fitted. These zippers are often neglected by the home dressmaker which is a pity because they can ensure success every time. Invisible zips are suitable for all fabrics from fine silk jersey through to suit weight wools and tweeds. The key is to get the needle as close to the fastener as possible, which this foot accomplishes by slightly unrolling the zipper just before the needle. Once fitted, a well sewn invisible zipper will merely look like part of the seam.
• Straight Stitch Foot - The straight stitch foot is often used on very fine or very heavy fabrics. This particular foot is flat on the underside to provide an even pressure against the feed dogs and it has a rounded needle hole which offers the benefit of more support around the needle to prevent skipped stitches and puckering.
• Adjustable Seam Guide - This accurate seam guide provides an easy reference for seam allowances so that you can sew faster and with more confidence. The raised edge provides a butting surface - simply place your fabric next to it and sew. This seam guide is used to sew perfectly placed seams with accurate spacing between the lines.
