Frustration

I ordered the design wall to replace one I lost in Hurricane Ian. It took two weeks to arrive but was unusable because all the clips that hold the corners and sides in place WERE MISSING!
After four attempts to reach a person who was willing to help, I did talk with Michael who promised to send the missing parts. They arrived today (after 9 days). Instead of four corner clips, I got two. Instead of six brace clips, I got four. Instead of two rubber end caps, I got none.
In four days I am teaching a workshop for which I need the design wall.
I love(d) my earlier design wall; I couldn’t wait to get our home put back together so I could replace the one I lost. It’s been 4 weeks. I wish I had used a different vendor.
If anyone is paying attention to this review and can help, I’d be most grateful.
