Nice starter machine. I have never used an embroidery machine before so this was something new to me. It took a little bit to get it set up, but when all said and done, it did a nice job. I did some handkerchiefs for an upcoming wedding and was very satisfied with the outcome. I just used wording so it was very basic. The only issue that occurred was the thread was breaking, but got some stronger thread and it was fine. The machine did jam when I tried to do smaller font, but edited it to a larger font and that helped. I don't do a lot of embroidering so this machine is perfect for what I needed it for. I will definitely experiment more with it in the future. I did not have any major issues with the machine. If you do, there are videos to watch to help you accomplish your questions.

Guarantee the people that don't like this machine are old school or older people that don't get or use technology much. Having never done embroidery before I was looking for something I could use to customize the things I want to make. I am not the kind of person that will ever use preloaded images as I want to make and use my own and this machine does it. I absolutely love the app and pay for the additional features which is really worth it to me. This machine is absolutely phenomenal and I guarantee if you are younger or you just love and understand technology, you will absolutely love what the tech and app on this machine let's you do.

So many complaints, I think are user related. Buy a thread stand, use the correct stabilizer, iron on tear away works well, quality embroidery thread, prewound bobbin thread.

My daughter took to this machine faster than I did. We have never used an embroidery machine but wanted to start a project together. It did take us a bit to learn the machine, it has an app that has a bunch of designs that can be used. If you pay a subscription you can get more, sounds like my cricut machine. Upon exploring more of the app it can show you ideas, and step by step instructions of how to get some creative ideas listed by others. This part was extremely helpful as it lists by skill level and we are defiantly beginners. The app wound up to be helpful after exploring all its options. It helped us to learn this machine. We have completed a few projects, embroidered some garden gloves and aprons for family gifts.

I’m a beginner and love that this is digital. The Artsipra app might not have the best designs but you can purchase designs from Etsy! The price is great! It’s easy and speed not to bad! I purchased the extra small hoop. The color and size of the machine is perfect and lightweight! One of my favorite purchases by far!
