Smoother straight stitching!

The circular opening in the straight stitch foot holds the fabric around the needle flat as the needle moving in and out of the fabric. This helps the seam stay smooth and flat.
Be mindful, if you switch to a zig zag stitch or move the position of the needle, be sure and change the machine foot to a more open stitching area!!!
My machine came with 8 feet, but not a straight stitch foot. So happy to have this one that is specifically for my model!!
