Your Romeo® or Juliet® machine by Siser® is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the Warranty Period. The “Warranty Period” commences on the date of purchase by the end-customer through an authorized distributor or retailer of Siser and continues for a period of one (1) year. This Warranty does not apply to any Product purchased through any channel other than an authorized distributor or retailer. The Warranty is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned. In the event you allege that the Product does not meet the Warranty during the Warranty Period (“Non-Conforming Product”), you must notify your authorized distributor or reseller in writing immediately upon discovery of the alleged Non-Conforming Product. The notice must include details regarding the defect and supporting documentation. Additionally, Siser®, or its authorized distributor or reseller, may request, and you must provide, evidence of the original purchase date of the Product in order to show that the Product is within the Warranty Period. In the event Siser® agrees that the Product is Non-Conforming Product, Siser®, at its option will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are functionally equivalent to new in performance, in which case the Product will be warranted for an additional ninety (90) days, (2) exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or equivalent to new in performance, or (3) work with your authorized distributor or retailer to assist in providing a refund of the original purchase price of the Product. This Warranty excludes damage resulting from your failure to use the Product in accordance with its documentation and specifications, use of the Product with any accessories, equipment, or tools that are not expressly authorized for use with the Product by Siser®, and from any abuse, accident, misuse, physical and/or software modifications. This Warranty will not apply, and Siser® will have no obligation under this Warranty, if you attempt to, or have any third-party attempt to, repair the Product. Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. No other person/entity may modify this Warranty, and your authorized distributor or retail is solely responsible for any other warranties.
This Warranty applies to the Siser® machine only. It does not apply to blades, blade housings, mats, cutting strips, accessories, packaging, software, tools, materials, or other non-machine items that are included in the Product or provided as part of the Product. Siser® does not guarantee or warrant uninterrupted use of Product or its supporting software.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE BY SISER® FOR THE PRODUCT AND SISER® DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
