Bonnie Christine grew up nestled in the scenic mountains of North Carolina, where her lifelong love for pattern and design first took root. Afternoons spent in her mother’s creative quilt shop sparked a passion for sewing, crafting, and exploring the endless possibilities of fabric. That early immersion in textiles naturally evolved into a dream of designing patterns of her own. After a few years living in a vine-covered cottage on California’s central coast, Bonnie and her husband returned to their Appalachian roots. Today, they make their home in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, where they are raising their two children and continuing to be inspired by the natural world around them. Drawing from the outdoors—from towering trees to delicate leaves—Bonnie’s work is a celebration of nature's quiet beauty. Her designs are infused with summery hues, botanical elements, and a sense of joyful calm. Whether walking through a garden, exploring sunlit trails, or sketching under open skies, she is always gathering inspiration with a camera in one hand and sketchbook in the other.
