JUKI Sure Stitch Elite Accurate Stitch Regulator

Get Consistent Free-Motion Frame Quilting with the JUKI SureStitch Elite Stitch Regulator from World Weidner

The JUKI SureStitch Elite stitch regulator helps keep your stitch length consistent while you free-motion quilt on a frame. As you move your sewing machine faster or slower across the quilt, SureStitch Elite adjusts the machine's stitching rate so every stitch stays the length you chose. It has a sleek design, a full-color touchscreen, and a one-touch Manual mode for when you want direct speed control.

SureStitch Elite connects to your sewing machine through its foot-pedal port and works with a wide range of JUKI machines and other popular home sewing and quilting machines. It's made for quilters who frame-quilt on a home machine and want even stitches without having to match their hand speed to the machine.

Main Features & Creative Benefits

JUKI Industrial Heritage Since 1938

JUKI offers SureStitch Elite to bring consistent stitch regulation to frame quilting on JUKI machines like the TL-98Q, TL-2010Q, and DX-4000 QVP, as well as many other home sewing machines.

Consistent Stitches in Regulated Mode

In Regulated mode you choose a stitch length from 1 to 10, and SureStitch Elite tracks how fast you move the machine over the frame and adjusts the stitching rate to match. Speed up or slow down and your stitches stay the same size, which makes curves, feathers, and fills look more even.

One-Touch Manual Mode

Switch to Manual mode when you want the machine to stitch at a steady speed you set, from 10% to 100%, and control stitch length yourself by how fast you move. It's handy for quilters who like hands-on control for certain designs.

Customizable Presets

Both modes have three preset buttons. Press and hold a preset to save your current stitch length or speed, then tap it to switch back instantly while you quilt.

Intuitive Full-Color Touchscreen

The touchscreen mounts to your frame's handlebar and puts sewing modes, settings, and tools within easy reach. Customizable color themes let you choose the look you like, and a screen lock helps prevent accidental changes.

Start/Stop and Thread Cutter Buttons

Start and stop stitching from the screen. On compatible machines with a thread cutter port, connect the included thread cutter cable to add a cut-thread button to the screen.

Minimum (Idle) Speed Adjustment

Set the speed your machine stitches at while it's not moving in Regulated mode, from 5% to 100% of your machine's top speed, to suit your machine and quilting style.

Over Speed Buzzer On/Off

If you move faster than your machine can stitch while keeping stitch regulation, an alert tells you to slow down. You can turn the sound on or off.

Edge Warning Alarm

Set upper-left and lower-right boundaries, and SureStitch Elite sounds an alarm when you get within an inch or half an inch of them. It helps you avoid bumping into the frame rails, or keeps you inside a particular block.

Built-In Ruler and Calculator

The Measure tool displays the horizontal, vertical, and diagonal distance between two points in inches or centimeters as you move the machine, and the calculator handles simple equations without leaving the frame.
