When I first began machine embroidery, I thought “stabilizers are basically all the same”, so I just purchased what I found on the shelf in a local big-box store. I couldn’t have been more wrong! After about a year, I found World Weidner when searching the internet for better pricing. I float EVERYTHING I embroider, so the stabilizer in my hoop is the most important thing and has to be drum taut. Once I hoop my stabilizer, I pull all four sides of the mesh, tighten my hoop ****, and secure all sides with t-pins to ensure the stabilizer never shifts. The previous poly mesh I used would ALWAYS tear/shred when I pulled it, but WW’s poly mesh is of such quality and so strong, it NEVER tears! I love this stuff and purchase it by the roll, as well as pre-cut sheets for my smaller hoops. I share this info in many embroidery groups to which I belong since stabilizer is KEY to the success of the stitch-out. I love WW’s No-Show Poly Mesh and use it EXCLUSIVELY! Thanks WW, for an excellent product!
