• Shipped on CD: A physical CD package with the required serial-number information is shipped by mail. Use the current official downloadable installer if your computer has no disc drive.
• By Download: Serial-number information and download instructions are emailed to your registered email address within 12–24 business hours after payment verification. No physical package is shipped. Check spam or junk folders if needed.
• Included license or content: Essentials & Enthusiast Combo. Additional titles and project supplies are separate unless specifically listed above.

System Requirements & Machine Compatibility

Computer: Use the appropriate Embrilliance Platform installer for your Mac or Windows system. The downloads page lists Windows 7/10/11, a macOS 10.13-and-later installer and a legacy OS X 10.9–10.12 installer. Confirm the exact operating-system release before purchase. Platform builds for Windows-on-ARM are currently experimental and unsupported.

Machine and materials: Check your embroidery machine’s supported file format and hoop limits. Save a machine-ready file in the appropriate format and transfer it using the machine’s normal method. Software does not enlarge the physical sewing area. Machine, fabric, thread, stabilizer and transfer media are separate.

Installation access: Internet access is needed for current downloads and online help, and email access is required for the download delivery option. A disc drive is needed only when installing from the CD. Follow the manufacturer’s current instructions and keep copies of your serial numbers.

License & Getting Started

1. Install or update the Embrilliance Platform from the official downloads page for your operating system.
2. Open Help > Serial Numbers, enter the supplied Platform serial number or numbers with their dashes and no spaces, then click Set.
3. Register the serial numbers with Embrilliance and restart the application so the licensed tools become available.
4. Keep an original or editable working copy and, when creating or changing embroidery, make a test stitchout on suitable scrap material before sewing the finished item.

Embrilliance Platform titles can be installed on the computers you own, including Mac and Windows systems, without a hardware dongle. Each title unlocks its own tools. Keep your serial numbers secure and register them for future recovery.

Personalize a gift with a name and an existing motif. Save an editable working copy so you can change the recipient without rebuilding the layout.

Prepare a motif for a terry towel by checking its edges and adding an appropriate Knockdown foundation. For a border or corner arrangement, use repeat and positioning tools and check alignment before stitching.
