Air Technology Thread the AIR1800 with a blast of air. With threading ports that are connected to the end of each looper by tubes, at the press of a button, a gust of air sends the threads through the looper, so, it's a breeze to change thread colors.

Safety Sensor and Error LED

When following conditions occur, an open fabric cover or front cover, the presser foot is raised, the AIR1800 serger will not work and an error LED light will come on.

Differential Feed

The Differential Feed Ratio (0.7mm to 2.0mm) on the AIR1800 provides outstanding stitch quality and acts as the tool for custom lettuce edge finishes on specialty materials.

4-Thread Overlock

The 4-thread overlock is one of the most commonly used stitches on a serger; it is the strongest of the construction stitches. Both loopers and two needles are used to complete the stitch, making it wider and sturdy because of the two needle stitches.

The warranty period is 1 year from the original purchase date for Parts, Labor and accompanying Accessory Items, 2 years from the original purchase date for Electronic Components and Printed Circuit Boards (replacement labor excluded) and 25 Years from the original purchase date for the Chassis Casting. The original purchase date shall be determined from the original receipt evidencing proof of purchase of this Product. Therefore, it is important for you to maintain the receipt for this Product.
