Kangaroo Kookaburra Craft Cutting Table

A 70" x 40" Cutting Surface That Folds Away: the Kangaroo Kookaburra Cutting Table from World Weidner

The Kangaroo Kookaburra Craft Cutting Table provides a 70" x 40" work surface for laying out yardage, trimming quilt blocks and supporting larger fabric projects. Its 36 1/4" working height is designed for standing cutting tasks. When you need to reclaim sewing room space, both side leaves fold down to leave a 20" x 40" footprint, combining a generous cutting area with convenient storage between projects.

Four full-view, soft-close drawers at the front keep rulers, rotary cutters and notions organized, while four adjustable rear shelves hold fabric and additional supplies. Eight heavy-duty locking casters let you reposition the table for access around the work surface and secure it while cutting. Choose Ash White, Teak or Gray woodgrain melamine laminate, with the table alone or a variant that includes the matching MAT-K cutting mat. The optional mat measures 70" x 40" overall with a 67" x 37" grid.

Table Specifications

Plan Your Space: With both leaves open, Kookaburra needs about 70" x 40" of floor space, plus walking room on every side for 360-degree cutting. Closed, it takes just 20" x 40".

Warranty & Support Peace of Mind: Kangaroo backs Kookaburra with a lifetime warranty. World Weidner's team is happy to help with setup questions.

Main Features & Sewing Room Benefits

Expansive Fold-Out Cutting Surface

Two fold-out leaves create a 70" x 40" surface, so large quilts and yardage stay supported instead of pulling or hanging off the edge.

Front Drawers and Rear Shelves

Four full-view, soft-close drawers hold rulers, cutters and notions, and four adjustable rear shelves store fabric and supplies.

Folds to a Small Footprint

The leaves fold down to 20" x 40", so Kookaburra tucks neatly against a wall when not in use.

Mobile and Sturdy

Eight heavy-duty locking casters move the table easily and hold it steady while cutting.
