Linda and Carl Sullivan are professional quiltmakers, pattern designers, quilting educators and fabric designers. With over 25 years' experience, Linda and Carl have touched almost every aspect of the quilting industry from designing and self-publishing best-selling quilt patterns, authoring books, designing numerous fabric collections, teaching nationally, and owning and operating a quilt shop!

They are intensely passionate about bold bright colors, midcentury modern art and contemporary pattern design. Always searching for a twist on the traditional, their quilts are well known for their modern look, spontaneous movement, whimsical appliqué and fearless use of vivid colors. Today, they reside in Palm Springs, California and enjoy collaborating side by side in their design company – Colourwerx. In addition to designing quilt patterns, and fabric collections for Benartex Fabrics, they are experienced educators who teach and exhibit nationally to share their love of color, quiltmaking and contemporary design.
