The BERNINA L 460 is a versatile serger that allows you to cut, sew, and finish your projects in a single step. With the Free-Hand System (FHS), you can easily raise and lower the presser foot using your knee, providing better clearance for fabric handling and saving you time. The machine offers exact speed control, allowing you to sew at a maximum speed of 1,500 stitches per minute or stitch by stitch for delicate or heavy fabrics that require extra care. The Slide-on Table extends the sewing area to the left of the needle, providing more space for larger fabrics and improving your view of the sewing project. Additionally, the Micro Thread Control (mtc) feature enables you to fine-tune the over-edge threads, ensuring professional seams and saving time by setting thread tension once, even when adjusting the cutting width and fabric thickness.
